I am 75 years old weighing in at 190 with hip pain going down my leg to my knee. I thought I would try Probiotic so ordered 3 bottles. I am one bottle into it. But I have to admit missed some days. Lost 4 days as I was on vacation and the April 11 I lost my son worse day of my life. So missed about a week again.
