I first bought Provitalize because I hoped it would help my stomach become flatter. After two months, I didn't see a big difference and stopped taking it. Within a few days I noticed that the twinge I'd felt previously in my left knee walking up stairs was back, and I hadn't even realized it had been gone. So I did a Provitalize experiment of my own!
