Whether it be your diet or exercise routine, don’t base it on a certain number you would like to see on a weighing scale. Exercise and a healthy diet should be good for you, not a form of punishment for your body.
Appreciate your body for what it is, and feed it nourishing meals and exercises you actually ENJOY.
We’re all a little bit guilty of projecting our insecurities onto other people, which is why we’re often harsh to others. Be kind to them like how you would treat yourself.
Give them a compliment you wish you’ve gotten, and their reaction might be just the medicine you need.
